We are looking for a data driven, flexible, organized, self-starter to join the AWS Worldwide Commercial sector HR team as a Senior Business Analyst.
The Senior Business Analyst will help drive the development, implementation and coordination of people metrics to inform our programming and track our progress toward our goal of being Earth's best employer.
In this role you will be responsible for navigating a wealth of people-related data and turning it into actionable and insightful information and visualizations.
Navigating a myriad of HR data sources and dashboards, you will work closely with our global teams, building on your strong analytical skills to produce meaningful metrics and analytics.
You will track and inspect data from a variety of sources, synthesizing where possible into actionable metrics that enable data-driven decision making in areas such as employee retention, performance management, employee engagement, and promotion velocity.
You will connect dots among different data sources, quickly and confidently produce data for meetings and reports, and create data visualizations that enable leaders to interpret complex data sets.
Successful candidates will have experience in large corporate environments, very strong analytical capabilities, the ability to influence with data-driven recommendations, and excellent problem solving abilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
