The eCF Technology Recruiting team is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to support a growing Group which is a part of a larger global technology recruiting team.
This team is responsible for technical hiring in North America and focuses on roles in multiple Amazon sites.
This role will focus on Technical Program Managers, Software Development Engineers, and/or Software Development Engineers.
As a Recruiter for this team you will lead and mentor recruiters, cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers and close searches against aggressive deadlines.
This role will also require resource management of both internal and external sourcing partners.

This position can be located in Amazon's corporate offices in Seattle, WA.
Other corporate locations and remote in the USA will also be considered.
