As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging and retaining talent.
This role will focus on delivering scalable, transparent and innovative technical recruiting pipelines.
You will have the ability to work across WW Operations Technology teams, redefining internal customer partnership, while creating a sustainable recruitment pipeline that raises the bar on delivery.
ScopeThe Technical Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for talent attraction strategies against a timeline and will utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
Our Senior Technical Sourcing Recruiters work with a team of recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development.
They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.
Core Responsibilities Drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising technology and engineering talent.
Work closely with Business and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Assess and qualify candidates against Amazon's Principles and build talent pools for future of critical profiles.
Scale sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the growing appetite for passive candidate attraction techniques within the business.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
