G&A is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Technical Recruiter to support core tech and science tech job families.
This role is brand new, and will be supporting a newly acquired Consumer Ops Finance team.
The Technical Recruiter will need to be well versed in all aspects of technical recruiting, including client management and offer negotiation, candidate development, generation and creative sourcing.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess candidates, build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Act as a talent advisor educating Hiring Managers about the recruiting process.
Partner with the recruiting manager on fostering excellence in the team's culture and driving productivity.

This position can also sit remotely in any of the 50 States.
Other United States corporate offices will be considered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
