We are seeking a talented Recruiting Lead with strong business partnering and healthcare recruiting skills.
This Lead will partner closely with business leadership to build and execute against Talent Acquisition strategies to deliver the necessary talent to support our increasing customer demand.
In this job you will enjoy:
creating strategies (staffing plans, events strategies, sourcing strategies) building relationships with candidates, providing them a world-class candidate experience, and helping them land in the right role at Amazon keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry and advising the business and recruiting team on when and whom we should be recruiting and why diving deep into our recruiting data to understand trends and opportunities thinking big about how attract talent and then putting plans in place to deliver on your ideas partnering with your peer sourcing recruiters, HR business partners, and other recruiters throughout the company.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
