As AWS continues to rapidly grow, we are looking for a senior leader to own, operate and define strategy for our rapidly growing Global Industrials - AMER Region business.
As the Global Industrials - AMER Sales Leader, you will lead an extended team of 60
sales and technical professionals to deliver customer obsessed outcomes in a highly valued industry.
Customers include F500 Industrial Manufacturing companies and large conglomerates that have multiple business units and global operations.
You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing inputs from these diverse customers operating around the globe, your team, and AWS functional business partners (including Marketing, Partner, Professional Services, Training & Certification, Enterprise Support, and the Service teams) to drive a holistic go-to-market (GTM) strategy to this customer set.
As a member of the Global Industrials Leadership Team you will implement best practices with your peers to drive a consistent and well-thought-out business strategy that will help our Industrials customers in their journey to the cloud and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
Industrial Manufacturing is going through strong disruption from Smart Manufacturing to building for resilient supply chains, to shifting to Smart Products.
Transitioning from a century of being a product-centric manufacturer to a customer-centric digital services to rethink entire business models and generate new value streams.
In this role, you will lead and influence your team to help customers modernize and automate their businesses.

o Proven history of adhering to high standards and using good judgmento Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed GTM Strategy to achieve customer business outcomeso Drive revenue and market share through meeting and exceeding revenue targets while building an operating foundation for a long-term businesso Demonstrate a history of executing complex dealso Build, develop, and inspire a highly skilled Sales Teamo Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further the adoption of AWS services in the market in service of customer successo Develop and execute against a set of goals to incubate and drive long term strategy to expand AWS market share in the Industrial spaceo Partner with Sales Operations to manage the business from key strategic priorities through to the day to day execution including forecast and pipeline management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
