RoleRing is connecting communities to help build safer neighborhoods, and we are currently seeking a Manager, Design Program Management (DPM) to join our Product Experience (PX) team to further that mission.
In this role, you will champion new and repeatable mechanisms for design program management and operations excellence in a rapidly evolving, scale-up environment; delivering best in class physical and digital product experiences for customers.
The DPM will have an in-depth understanding of the design development lifecycle with effective organizational skills and ownership.
You will manage and mentor a remote team of direct reports to intake and ship complex new products and sustaining programs for global packaging, inbox publications, and site UX content--establishing shared goals and success metrics for an expanding function within a greater distributed team.
You will be curious and comfortable diving deep into business challenges to uncover gaps and insights to evolve workflows and tools for measurable improvements that impact internal infrastructure and cross-function efficiencies.
They will partner with key stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Product Management, Product Integrity, Legal, and eCommerce to ensure necessary process steps are planned and executed for timely delivery of critical program requirements.
This is a virtual position requiring west coast hours.
To support in-person events and workshops, our team also has office hubs and program managers anchored in 4 geographies:
Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Phoenix.
Key job responsibilitieso Lead 12-month operational planning cycles for roadmap definition, prioritization, scoping, resourcing, and budgeting.
o Oversee scheduling, reviews, published recaps, and securing approvals with mid- to upper-level leadership.
o Own program strategy for end-to-end delivery using product development process lifecycles and sprint workflows.
o Drive continuous improvement to design operations and processes (intake, capacity planning, tooling, workflow mapping)o Clarify constraints and make appropriate trade-offs to decrease time-to-market and effectively gain alignment.
o Identify blockers, develop clear mitigation plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
o Ensure Key Performance Indicators are set and measured to determine the impact of process changes via surveys and data.
o Support PX management with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, and information distribution.
o Establish and drive a communication strategy to keep both PX and partner teams informed and aligned on program priorities and risks.
o Develop in-year and next year goals for your team.
o Provide ongoing performance feedback and career growth coaching.
o Work with other Design Program Management leaders in the Amazon design community to establish best practices in process, tooling, and approach.
o Manage other design or internal projects as assigned.
A day in the lifeYou'll guide a small team of design and UX program managers and producers in evolving and implementing high-impact workflow and system improvements to process and communication mechanisms, tools, and standards; enabling the larger design team to focus their time on developing and shipping products.
You'll champion program management and operations best practices, leading across PX, out to partners, and within the broader Ring organization--clearing blockers to ensure deliverables are on track throughout the design lifecycle and sprints.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
