Job summaryThe AWS Technical Content Experience team is seeking a talented, self-directed Product Manager - Technical to help deliver a documentation customer experience that brings value to the millions of customers that engage with technical content on a daily basis.
This critical and visible role joins an experienced and energetic organization responsible for delivering a delightful AWS content experience and will raise the bar for the customer experiences that span across all AWS services.
The AWS Technical Content Experience team is responsible for the technical content that supports customers as they build on AWS.
Millions of customers, from individual developers to large enterprises, use AWS documentation every day.
The team partners with 200
AWS service teams to develop and deliver on-boarding, API reference, code samples, UI content, and contextual help across the customer journey.
You have the creative vision, customer obsession, technical acumen, and operational understanding to deliver large-scale, customer-facing technical content experiences and solutions.
You will help deliver the short and long-term vision for how customers find, engage and leverage documentation across the AWS experience.
This will include focus on content discovery, personalization, and integration with other customer-facing services such as the AWS console.

Key job responsibilities Be customer obsessed.
Understand and advocate for the documentation experience that will make AWS customers lives better Partner with user research, design, engineering, and AWS service teams to identify and prioritize the top customer pain points and needs.
Collaborate with other product managers, technical writers, AWS service teams, and other stakeholders to create product requirements and roadmaps.
Lead interactions with the engineering and product teams across AWS services to drive prioritization, balance trade-offs and ensure documentation is optimally created, displayed, measured and improved.
Keep projects on track through clear task list, issue tracking, and status reports.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
