Senior Video Producer, AWS Technical Content Experience
Job summaryThe Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technical Content Experience (TCX) team is founding a video production team.
Our team works to define content strategy and delivers solutions that enable the production and measurement of quality content.
We incorporate the customer voice into our long-term strategy and day-to-day operations.
We work with teams across the TCX organization to produce product documentation, white papers, developer docs, help systems, and other content formats.
Key job responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Sr.
Video Producer who will join us to design our foundational video strategy and lead our video program.
You will work collaboratively with solution architects, engineers, technical writers, and product managers to create video-based content that aids our visual effectiveness goals and continually improves the value of our content to customers.
o You will work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external vendors to assess production/project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of video assets.
o You will use customer research, data, and business goals to identify opportunities to where video solutions can improve customer success.
o You will define, manage, and lead the implementation of a video program to support technical product documentation.
o Ensure team establishes and maintains appropriate processes, procedures, forms and job tracking to keep video deliverables on time and on budget.
o You will help to define video quality standards, metrics, and production mechanisms and guide their implementation.
o Fluent in AV formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management as it relates to video storage, maintenance, and governanceo You will engage with TCX stakeholders to understand opportunities and digital advertising for video and visual content to enable customers to better learn about and use our services.
o Obtain estimates from external agency partners.
Line produce where necessary.
o Communicate creative feedback to agencies throughout the life of a project.
o You will collaborate closely with the technical writers and editors and enable them to partner in the production of videos.
o You will lead quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders and vendors to report on program progress and opportunities for improvement.
