We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to support Prime Video's Sports Customer Experience team.
This is a strategic role to define and launch innovative Live Sports features to delight our customers worldwide, ensuring customers always have the best sports viewing experience.
This role is critical in ensuring Prime Video meets our customers' high expectations and is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to bring events to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of inputs to deliver high quality products and solutions.
You will own regular communication and presentations with senior leadership on technology, dependency management, availability, quality, and product health.
The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly-adopted technology products or services in a high growth environment.
You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence.
You should have keen business sense and also have developed a deep understanding of technology.
Qualified candidates have experience defining products, mapping requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross-functional and cross-organizational efforts, and successfully delivering complex products and services at high scale.
