AWS Bar Raiser and Interviewer Experience team is looking for an experienced Product Manager, Capacity Planning to lead the development and evolution of global reporting tools and mechanisms to automate, monitor, measure, and equip our business stakeholders with data driven actionable insights.
A successful candidate will partner effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders including Product Managers, Business Intelligence Engineers, Program Owners, and Recruiting Leaders.
This role will build reporting tools and products to provide insights that inform policy, process, and program decisions that help us scale with the global growth of our business.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering/presenting these recommended solutions by retrieving and integrating artifacts in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process.
This role requires an individual with excellent statistical and analytical abilities, as well as a strong program management background to understand and shape the deliverables.
They must be a customer-obsessed self-starter, comfortable with large data sets, have an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
o Own the design, development, and management of scalable data products and solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to support business needso Use data mining, model building, and other analytical techniques to develop and maintain usage segmentation and predictive models o Influence external teams for increased prioritization through the communication of product impact on business and potential for risko Act as a voice of the customer - translating customer requirements into specific deliverables between non-technical customers and technical support teamso Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
o Work with senior leadership to identify relevant product KPIs to measure product adoption and successo Develop product and data roadmap based on short/medium/long term goalso Identify and prioritize enhancements according to changing business requirements and strategyo Ensure data accuracy, develop and document domain knowledgeo Operate with a high degree of flexibility, comfortable using a variety of data sources to build MVPs and communicate potential with both stakeholders and technical teams.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
