Communications Program Manager, AWS, IT Services

IT Services, the internal Amazon IT support team, is seeking a curious, self-motivated, and creative Communications Program Manager who is looking to apply their skills and experience in innovative ways.
An ideal candidate will want to be part of a team that does nothing but think about ways to more effectively communicate with colleagues while working to craft communication and enable messaging channels that will drive adoption and usage of Amazon IT products and services.
In this role, you will manage IT content to help Amazon employees keep pace with the changing hardware, software, and policy needs of the company.
We're looking for a candidate who can exercise high editorial judgment in communicating across a large global org.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content strategies that best support our colleagues, as well as write, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of your content.
The work will be 50% writing and 50% project management.
You must be a strong communicator with program management skills and experience.
You must be comfortable taking initiative, operating at a global scale, understanding cultural and local preferences, and working across teams in an agile environment.
Your peers are level-headed, top-notch performers who insist on high standards, advocate passionately for customers, and proactively take the lead when necessary.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to understand their content and engagement needs, develop detailed proposals, and manage the execution of the plans for the IT Services Content team.

Responsibilities:
Create and optimize on premise content and communication regarding IT in Amazon buildingsCreate and drive end-to-end communications strategies across multiple channels to successfully enable Amazon employees to adopt key IT updates, features, and productsOwn and deliver against a comprehensive content plan for internal communicationsConsult with stakeholders to define business objectives and deploy a set of actionable and targeted messaging plansConduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure messaging is aligned with upcoming technology changesIdentify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders, including crafting content as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
