About the Role:
The Procurement Operations Specialist will partner with business owners to define requirements for identified purchasing needs and work to identify the best suppliers.
You will manage all aspects of the supplier relationship including total cost of ownership, selection and onboarding, and maintenance/support.
This operational role within the Procurement group requires a knowledge of technology and services supply chains, the ability to analyze and manage data and a passion for improving supplier relationships.
In addition to the supplier and customer management this role will be responsible for maintaining the Procurement and Supply Chain data bases, enterprise tools and systems.
In addition, you will design and iterate analytics and reporting metrics and dashboards to help measure and maintain success.
You will report to our Director of Procurement.
You Will:
o Provide outstanding customer experience to internal business customers and supplierso Process, document and organize procurement related documents including contracts, purchase orders and vendor fileso Manage the procurement knowledge base including renewal dashboards, service catalog, approved and banned vendor listso Accurately create purchase orders and work with the accounting team to create approved vendors in the finance ERP systemo Provide updates to the to leadership for weekly and monthly business reviewo Partner with the Accounting team to help resolve billing issues and questionso Partner with vendor and Security to complete Third-party Review of all software toolso Partner with Legal team to help negotiate general business terms and finalize contract agreementso Partner with Finance team to ensure that tools are funded and/or budgeted and are applied to the correct business team/custodiano Help with supplier onboarding, RFP and selection processEnsure that new and existing suppliers are at or above (ESG) ethical social guidance standards.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
