Live Infrastructure Program Manager, Prime Video
Job summaryDo you want to play a critical role in launching and supporting global live sporting events and linear stations on Prime Video? The Prime Video Live Operations Infrastructure team is seeking a Program Manager who will be a leader on a high-performing team that is building out scalable signal delivery mechanisms to support the exponential growth of Prime Video's live streaming business.
A strong candidate responds to ambiguity with clarity, creates effective mechanisms that scale, and influences multiple teams to deliver the high-quality launch of sustainable services.
The Live Infrastructure team participates in several regular processes that require cross-team collaboration, project planning, milestone tracking, and process creation.
The Live Infrastructure Program Manager will gather requirements for new service deployments from external entities and codify them into user stories.
These responsibilities range from onboarding new linear stations into operational workflows, validating playback launch criteria, management of hardware resources for live events, and driving infrastructure expansion projects.
This manager will track and validate that all infrastructure requirements are met in order for live video services to be launched or onboarded.
Additionally, you will participate in ongoing OE mechanisms, driving operational improvements across live video services with 1P and 3P entities.

Key job responsibilitiesThe Live Infrastructure Program Manager will track and drive work-streams across multiple teams and 3rd parties to accomplish:
Linear Station launches, performance upkeep and service improvements; all while tracking maintenance impacts, investigations into trending issues, closing process gaps and providing inputs into OE mechanisms.
Live Event launches, performance upkeep, and service improvements; all while tracking maintenance impacts, investigations into trending issues, closing process gaps and providing inputs into OE mechanisms; will also contribute to resource capacity management and coordination of infrastructure expansion projects.
This individual contributor must be a leader who can effectively collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners to ensure timely service launches, issue mitigation/resolution, and generation of executive reporting.
