Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in applications development analysis and implementation support.
Extensive experience in defining user requirements.
Experience with relevant business application software preferred.
Experience with project management software preferred.
Entertainment industry experience preferred.
Project lead experience strongly preferred.

Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of the Project and Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of standard IT practices related to business application development/implementation.
Strong knowledge of IT structured analysis methodologies, including process flow definition and data flow diagramming.
Solid understanding of the entertainment industry and the role that IT plays in the industry.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation and presentation materials required.
Proficient with analytical tools such as Excel and SQL.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, clients and other IT personnel.
General Summary Supports the business unit(s) by acting in a functional capacity in all phases of the Project Life Cycle for medium to large projects, including post-production support and ongoing maintenance.
Drives business process re-engineering activities.
Serves as senior functional liaison to the user community.
Continuously gains an understanding of the customers operations and how systems are used in support of their operations, transferring knowledge to users and other members of the team.
Provides front line user support on functional issues.
Responsibilities 1.
Project Initiation Develops understanding of business operations and applies it in researching potential solutions.
Responsible for the clarification, rationalization and documentation of project requests.
Ensures appropriate business participation in IT projects.

Application Development Analyzes and documents relevant business processes.
Leads interviews with stakeholders to define requirements.
Defines, documents and reviews functional requirements.
Leads the detailed design and configuration phase.
Conducts gap analysis.
Owns the Integration Testing process, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios and documentation of results Responsible for ensuring that project meets functionality requirements and expected business benefits.
Responsible for all facets of the User Acceptance Testing process on assigned projects.
Prepares and/or reviews end user documentation, training materials, curriculum and schedule.
Conducts training classes, including train-the trainer, one-on-one or classroom style training.
Provides first line post implementation support to users regarding functional issues.
Engages all relevant participants in change management activities, where appropriate.
Facilitates large-group project related sessions, organizes and runs conference room pilots.

Production Support Takes ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions and implementing system resolutions, including workarounds.
Performs the functional analysis for complex production support activities and advises Business Analysts in the analysis of less complex issues.
Applies and enforces department change control policies & procedures.
Takes the lead in coordinating with other IT departments on integrated system support.

Administration Mentors and leads Business Analysts and other team members.
Communicates plans, status and issues to management on a regular basis.
Adheres to and enforces department standards, policies, procedures and industry best practices.
5.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
