Work Experience Experience with automation and scripting tools to facilitate implementation and reporting Seven years of experience designing and managing complex global enterprise networks Seven years of experience configuring and implementing network routers and switches (Cisco,Arista, HP) Seven years of hands on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco) Seven years of experience with routing protocols such as, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
Five years of experience with F5 load balancers and Remote Access Solutions Technical Knowledge Must have strong abilities in the following areas:
Scripting and Automation tools Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama Management Juniper Data Center SRX Cisco Routers and Switches, including Datacenter Switches (Nexus platforms) Enterprise routing protocols (i.
e.
EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) Traffic monitoring and analytics such as packet capture analysis, with Wireshark and Splunk.
Moderate ability in the following areas preferred:
Big IP F5 Load Balancing Remote access and VPN Skills Strong project coordination skills.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong ability to interpret impact of technology choices.
Certifications PCNSE (preferred) JNCIP-SEC (preferred) F5-CA (desired) CCNP (desired) Education B.
S.
degree in a computer, physical sciences or engineering related discipline.
This requirement may be waived only if the candidate demonstrates expert technical abilities.
Language Skills Candidate must be fluent in English.
Other language skills a plus.
Travel Light travel may be required.
Candidate must have a valid passport.
Other Candidate must pass local background and security checks.
Must have expert skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio).
