Sale Representative

Manpower is currently hiring for a Franchise Sales Representative to support our client's team, based out of Los Angeles, California!
Are you looking for a long term contract with a respectable manufacturing company? We have just the position for you in this rapidly growing trade.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a solid background and experience in Sales.
The Franchise Consultant plays a key role in increasing the total number of MN studios by selling the MN franchise concept. The goal is to open New or Branch Studios throughout the United States and Canada, to increase the overall sales in dollars and to maintain continuous revenue from existing Studios.
Essential Job Functions (Please note that the following description is not meant to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities and metrics but to highlight some key ones).
Works with Studio owners while in Home Office training to discuss grand opening date, initial orders, fixtures and arrival of product.
Conducts consistent follow up calls and counseling with existing Studio Owners and potential Studio applicants to determine needs of branching and relocating.
Assist New or existing Studios with leasing proposals, renewals and Studio design concepts.
Directly negotiates with Landlords and/or Developers on leases.
Assist the Studio owner with the initial orders to stock them with better levels of product.
Executes demographic studies of market area availability and evaluates and prepares Studio relocation proposals.
Obtains relocation pre-approvals by the committee before the move takes place.
Creates and places ads to generate more interest in the MN Franchise.
Networks with Landlords/Developers nationwide by incorporating mail out franchise kits, mall posters and follow-up calls.
Responsible for keeping website updated with re-sale information on a regular basis.
Coordinates and manages booth set up for trade shows, Franchises and Women Expos throughout the year; including attending the ISCS show annually.
Any other assignments required to help accomplish company goals.
Flexible Shift hours:
8:00am - 4:42pm (Monday-Friday)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
