\ \ Candidate will be a dedicated onsite Client Service Partner \(CSP\) for Intel who has 4 locations in California and 1 location in AZ\. There will be some travel expected between the locations \- to be determined\.
\ \ The selected candidate is preferred to be located at one of the following client sites\.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Deliver onsite consultative support for Cigna's products, benefits and services\.
+ Provide dedicated, personalized support for the Client, their employees and HR Team\.
+ Supports customers across all platforms and products as needed based on the Client?s benefit plan\.
+ Interact with internal/external customers and business partners in a professional manner \(including verbal and written interactions\)\.
+ Own any customer issue that is brought to the table for resolution\. Research, analyze, and track customer call/claim inquiries from employees\. Manage resolution in a timely manner and provide status to all appropriate parties when resolved, including a summary of root cause, countermeasures and next steps\.
+ Partner with the Account Manager and Client Service Executive to support the Corporate Benefits and HR Team on account level inquiries, trends, escalations, reporting and other requests\.
+ Provide education and guidance about programs and resources available as part of the Client?s benefit plans, including mycigna\.com, wellness and discount programs, health savings account and pharmacy\.
+ Support open enrollment / health fair activities, new hire orientation, as well as lunch and learn sessions related to Cigna's programs and services offered\.
+ Meet with Employee Services team periodically to train and answer questions related to trending issues and/or provide updates to the team on Cigna processes/products\.
+ Assist in arranging case manager \(or other appropriate Cigna resource\) for customers with complicated medical conditions or technical/non\-clinical needs\.
+ Handle transactional tasks \(customer/provider outreach calls, create out\-of\-pocket ledgers, etc\.\)\.
+ Pull claim reports and analyze data and trends\.
+ Travel to different locations as needed\.
+ Compile monthly service reporting based on client needs/requests\.
+ Navigate multiple Cigna systems including client self\-service portals, claim systems, and tracking systems\.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent previously related work experience\.
+ Candidate should be passionate and an innovative thinker with the desire to work in a fast paced, fun environment\.
+ Professional insurance industry experience is required\.
+ Strong knowledge of Cigna benefits, products, and services is preferred\.
+ Demonstrated background in navigating Cigna's various matrix partners to triage inbound Cigna issues from the customer\.
+ Demonstrated strength and ability to interface with and influence key decision makers/clients through use of negotiation skills, dealing with ambiguity and conflict management\.
+ Ability to pivot seamlessly from customer interaction to client level updates, communication and coordination\.
+ Demonstrated understanding of customer expectations and "sense of urgency" resulting in the ability to influence the organization to meet and exceed customer expectations\.
+ Exhibit drive, focus and determination to be the best\.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to design, track, and work toward specific measurable performance targets for self and team\.
+ Ability to manage multiple and divergent priorities and deadlines\. Work independently and proactively to negotiate and manage expectations for mutually acceptable solutions and creatively problem\-solve customer solutions\.
+ Excellent presentation skills\. Previous proven success delivering Customer and Client communications\.
+ Experience with multiple software and system based applications including database and spreadsheets \(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems\)\.
+ Some travel may be required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
