Position Summary
This role understands and explains U\.S\. commercial buyer group need\. This role collaborates with partners to decide solution development and investments required\. This role leads go\-to\-market activities for successful launch and growth of improved and new solutions in market\.
Primary Responsibilities
Understand and Explains Buyer Group Needs:
? Will be aligned to the US Commercial segments \(excludes Seniors and IFP\)
? Understands the most important solution needs of respective employer buyer group
? Understands the features, options and design of Cigna product and services available to buyer group
? Understands the Client and Customer interactions of Cigna product and services
? Works with buying group & segment leadership to develop, plan, and manage segment priorities, initiatives, and multiyear business perspective
? Actively studies, surveys, participates in market activities ? Industry conferences, broker/consultant events to understand market, disruptors and trends\.
? Interacts with market to identify local needs and similarities and differences across segments
? Can explain in very clear terms the most important solution needs of respective employer buyer group
? Contributes to development of Buyer Group Strategy Playbook to drive buyer group growth\.
? Contributes to local network strategy and participates in establishing NS&E recommendations\.
Collaboration with Partners for Solutions and Investments
? Works directly with Solutions team and other teams to translate buyer group strategy into product/solution strategy and solution requirements
? Works with Delivery team to translate product/solution strategy into customer solution requirements
? Drives prioritization of solution development and investments required through portfolio process
? Contribute to business cases and other evaluations for use in prioritization and decision\-making
? Completes the intake and evaluation of market, client and solution initiatives to determine strategic alignment and viability to identified buying groups and/or segments\.
? Provide strategic assessment of product concepts to determine viability, feasibility and alignment to buyer group strategy and enterprise objectives\.
? Work with enterprise and local partners to compile actionable, local competitive intelligence
? Synthesizes product and service ?gaps? for solution development and investments required
Go\-To\-Market Activities:
? The go\-to\-market Lead will have oversight of multiple markets
? Collaborates with Solutions and other teams to deliver prioritized solutions according to requirements
? Identify and lead other key initiatives that will require complex problem solving and interaction across a highly matrixed organization\.
? Interface with Market to ensure adherence to end to end go\-to\-market and product strategy
? Deliver client / consultant support \(utilizing enterprise resources and Solution SMEs as needed\)
? Leads cross market sharing of best practices in order to increase overall execution of buyer strategies
? Partners with Market Deployment Managers to facilitates resolution of escalated interdependencies, risks and issues to ensure successful launches in market
? Oversee and deliver segment training and communication of new capabilities, product specific needs, and other market messaging needs
? Responsible for ensuring sales trainings, FAQ, pertinent collateral regarding the value related to certain solutions and/or strategies
? Lead, manage and measure test\-and\-learn activities in market that don?t have PM/MDM

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
