Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in behavioral or social science, or a degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position, such as behavioral science, health services, human services or education. (Note:
You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of education and experience that provided me with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. (Note:

OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates that I have acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes overseeing an employee assistance program. Providing crisis intervention counseling services to include drug and alcohol. Developing and implementing substance abuse and prevention training and community awareness programs. Submitting referrals to outside sources when necessary. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
