Utilizing SAP software to administer a full range of consultant services; Managing a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) program; Planning work to be accomplished by subordinates; Directing team members in the analysis and resolution of issues. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
