You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience GS-09:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience is defined as:
Assisting management officials in defining project scope, priority, and requirements for project staffing; Providing assistance in areas of project management, and process improvement analysis; AND Providing recommendations for process improvements and reducing operational costs. OR Possess a master's degree or 2 full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Business Administration/Management. (NOTE:
You must attach a copy of your transcripts for verification). OR Possess a combination of the specialized experience and education where the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate level education beyond two full years by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify (NOTE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
