Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes Classifying a wide range of positions to include, the General Schedule (GS), and Federal Wage System; Providing expert advice and technical guidance on a variety of areas of classification and position management, organizational structure, and the reorganization process; Interpreting and providing technical advice and guidance to management relating to the organization of positions and the alignment of functions in connection with the establishment of new or proposed organizations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
