To Qualify at the GS-11 level based on experience your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as
Experience:
Conducting reviews of supply transactions; Analyzing property records to improve accountability; Utilizing an automated supply system to enter, correct, or maintain data. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-09. OR Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Supply Management. This education must have been obtained at an accredited college or university. (Note:
You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Possess a combination of specialized experience and education as described in the occupational questionnaire. Only degrees from an accredited college or university recognized by the Department of Education are acceptable to meet positive education requirements or to substitute education for experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
