I have a bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in field related to the position, such as quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, productions management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, or other fields related to the position. I have experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized
Experience:
I have one year of specialized experience which includes:
Establishing and implementing quality assurance or reliability processes for the receipt, storage, repair, testing, and shipment of various materials; Recommending modification to existing quality requirements; Reviewing technical data to recommend development of detailed inspection plans or procedures; Providing technical guidance or advice to management on quality assurance related matters; Performing quality inspections and evaluations on current operations and methods to identify deficiencies; and Develop reports to present to higher management detailing current status of programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). OR Education:
I have successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. with a major study in quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or other fields related to the position. Experience:
I have the specialized experience, but less than one year; and I have at least two years of graduate education, but less than the required three years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
