Assisting management with project staffing and development; Advising higher level managers on quality improvement projects; Keeping management informed of trends and developments in Lean Six Sigma (LSS); Independently analyze, facilitate, and provide recommendations for process improvement projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service(GS-09). OR Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in Business Administration/ Management; OR LL.M., if related. (NOTE:

OR Possess a combination of the specialized experience and education where the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
