Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
Performing quality audits on an automated accountability system; entering data into multiple databases; and coordinating with other organizations to correct data entry error discrepancies within an automated accountability system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). OR Education:
A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as supply management. (You must attach copies of transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 9. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
