Field Launch Manager
We are looking for an experienced new store opening Field Launch Manager (FLM) to support launching Amazon Fresh locations.
As part of our Physical Stores organization, you will plan and execute on-the-ground store launch activities from construction turnover to grand opening, ensuring standards of quality are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
You will work closely with headquarters, construction, contractors, district managers, and store leadership teams throughout the operational bring-up process.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating launch activities, mentoring and training store teams on store bring-up SOPs, problem solving issues, and continuously improving the store launch execution program.
As a Field Launch Manager, you will travel extensively in the markets you support, coordinate multiple store visits to align to critical planned bring-up tasks and milestones, and also be readily available to quickly respond to unplanned issues that impact launch readiness.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
High judgment, ability to influence, exceptional organization and communication skills, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
