Field Learning Program Manager

Please note:
This individual will need to be based out of the Southern California (LA) area.
The Field Learning Program Manager (FLPM) plans, directs, and coordinates programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our organization's employees.
The FLPM is responsible for improving the productivity of our organization's employees through learning and development.
This position is responsible for the effective coordination, presentation, and analysis of 'best in class' training and development programs and initiatives for all store employees.
The FLPM will:
Be an active and productive partner/liaison with the regional and store teams, consistently seeking to make a positive impact on key business metrics Consult on learning strategies and effectiveness, audit on-site training execution, provide feedback to on-site trainers and leadership, and gather feedback from the field to improve learning and development programs Assess employees' needs for training and further development Apply best in class techniques / methodology around training & development Implement and track training programs for associates, managers, trainers and others and provide reporting to leadership on training completions Plan and coordinate ongoing training classes/workshops, Facilitate leadership development courses for field management and train the trainer sessions for leads and trainers Work closely with regional leadership to ensure consistent and effective training.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
