Specialist Solutions Architect - Digital User Engagement

The AWS Specialist Solutions Architecture team is looking for a Digital User Engagement Specialist to help our enterprise customers understand, plan and implement best practices on available engagement tools.
Our Specialist Solutions Architects help customers understand the digital user engagement landscape and deliver architectural designs, prototypes, reference architectures, and proof-of-concepts.
You will assist some of the world's leading enterprises to transform their end-user engagement platforms with the AWS platform.
Key to your success will be guiding customer through the nuances of email, SMS, Voice, and Push infrastructure, leveraging Amazon Pinpoint, Simple Email Service, Amazon Connect, and Machine Learning services such as Amazon Personalize, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Lex, and Amazon SageMaker.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve your domain knowledge and expertise in enterprise marketing technology solutions and industry trends.
You will contribute to best practices in the form of whitepapers, blogs, and playbooks.
You will work with your peers and product management teams to tackle hard problems with Amazon Pinpoint.

Implementing and extending frameworks and methodologies commonly used by enterprises to assess, migrate, and transform their marketing and user engagement solutions.
Architecting and building large-scale solutions, which integrate smoothly in cloud and hybrid operating models for supporting Amazon Pinpoint based solutions.
Providing guidance on the people, organizational, security and compliance aspects of implementing and support marketing and user engagement applications.
Coaching customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
