We are looking for a flexible, organized, self-starter to join the Amazon's PXT (People eXperience and Technology) HR team as a Principal Program Manager.
The Principal Program Manager will drive the development and implementation of talent management programs that accelerate our highest potential talent.
As part of the team that has the mandate to build, evolve, and innovate talent processes within PXT HR, this role will manage key talent management activities (e.
g.
, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Executive Promotion, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews) while driving for continuous improvement and influencing the broader Amazon talent management agenda.
Additionally, this role will be leading the creation of new core talent strategies focused on the development of PXT leaders as identified in operating planning cycle.
Specifically, we will create a leader profile focused on fluencies that support an ever increasing need for scientific, technical, research, analytics and business expertise.
Working with a large group of diverse stakeholders, you must be able to operate at a strategic level with PXT executives, while simultaneously being able to dive deep into the details of each program to drive results.
You will demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence with data informed recommendations and communicate plans through writing Press Releases, FAQs and other documents.
The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
The position is based in Seattle but will interact with leaders and HR teams globally.
Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements, compile, organize and analyze data, scope the anticipated outcomes, plan milestones and draft clear, compelling narratives.
Partner with the various stakeholders to plan, implement and improve solutions.
Develop and deliver on roadmap activities and key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Develop, implement and manage talent development programs - to support streamlined user experience of key people processes, including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for process improvement and evolution.
Develop and implement scalable change management plans for key talent programs - to support the smooth implementation of changing mechanisms and processes from GTM and our team.
Drive program strategy and goals - provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing management.
Scale services and mechanisms - design talent processes and solutions that scale and adapt to our evolving talent needs.
Define key performance metrics - develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.
Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations.
Regularly audit to ensure optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
