We are seeking a passionate and inventive Technical Recruiter to support Senior Software Engineer hiring.
Sourcing Recruiters are the heart of talent acquisition at Amazon, and possess the expertise to attract and engage the most highly sought-after technical talent in the world.

Sourcing Recruiters must be able to successfully prioritize and execute challenging searches (domestic and international with future potential for international travel) and work backwards to deliver results.

They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and development, negotiation, client management, and are highly organized.

Day-to-day the Tech Recruiter will:
Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing approaches with an ability to manage expectations.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
Recruit passive candidates at senior levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies focused on fit and motivation.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.
Must possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Partner with the recruiting manager on fostering excellence in the team's culture and driving productivity.
A day in the lifeYou are a part of a fun and engaged team of 15 who collaborate to fill its interview calendar in support of Software Engineer hiring in the US and Canada.
