Job summaryAs a key member of the newly formed Global Media and Entertainment (GME) TA leadership team, the Principal Business Operations Program Manager, will be charged with driving analytical strategy and operational excellence across the GME recruitment organization.
This impactful position requires analytical skill, attention to detail, excellent doc writing capability, open communication and the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects.
This position can be based in Amazon's corporate offices in California, and fully remote in CA will also be considered.
Key job responsibilitieso Use their strong analytical skills to build reporting, tell the story around the data, and provide actionable insights to drive path to green.
o Project manage critical initiatives across global stakeholders at all levels, including the change management to ensure the initiative lands in the field.
o Communicate across stakeholders at all levels and be able to know the business well enough (with the data to back it up) to represent RE in senior leadership team meetingso Own the development and maintenance of new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
o Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
o Project Manage the GME TA Headcount scale-up (recruiting for recruiting), along with tracking global TA headcount movements to enable Recruiting Managers to grow/maintain appropriate staffing levels.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
