The Kindle Content and Physical Books Recruiting team is looking for a Recruiter to support a growing organization.
This role will primarily focus on technical positions including Technical Program Managers, Software Development Managers, Business Intelligence Engineers, etc.
As a Technical Recruiter for this team you will mentor recruiters, cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers and close searches against aggressive deadlines.
This role will also require resource management of both internal and external sourcing partners.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
You will perform candidate generation, client/account management, prioritize your time in an extremely fast-paced environment, push back when needed, and provide amazing customer service.
This position can be located in Amazon's corporate offices in the USA.
Fully remote in California (USA) will also be considered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
